The wifi radios in the BGW has been disabled. The IP address in line 3 is your public IP address assigned by AT&T. If your passthrough is working, the Netgear WAN will have this address. If it's not working, then your WAN will be 192.168.1.x as this is the subnet of your BGW.AT&T is looking to double its fiber footprint so it probably does mean that it's coming soon - where "soon" probably means anywhere from 3 to 24 months.
